Information about the
events:
The
Recruiters Network
Events
Our
core events, which take place about four times a year, are The
Recruiters Network
events. These are evening events for anyone involved in
the recruitment industry ( whether you are a recruiter,
researcher, job board, publisher, corporate recruiter or supplier
to the industry). We normally
run them for about 60 people. We publish the dates
on this site and you need to register to attend. We
charge a small fee for registration but you do get a free
drink on arrival. Often we'll have a couple of informal
presentations at the events and a speed networking
session.
The next event will take place on 22nd September
2010 and our sponsors are allthetopbananas,

Recruitment
Directors Networking
An event we have recently started is the Recruitment Directors
Networking events. As the name suggests this is event is
purely for Directors of recruitment firms. These events
take place in an afternoon and include speaker presentations.
We are currently running these in conjunction with HB
RIDA. The
seniority of the audience and keynote updates mean these events are the ideal place
to keep up to date with the latest strategic thinking, hear first hand how your
peers are tackling the same challenges you face, allowing for benchmarking and
networking in both formal and information environments. At our most recent
event the speakers were James
Caan of Hamilton Bradshaw and Kevin
Barrow of Osbourne Clarke. These networking events are
JUST for recruiters so unfortunately supplier organisations are not able to
register to attend.
The next
event will take place on 13th October 2010 running from 3pm
to 6pm in central London (more information here)

Caan will be hosting a Q&A session at the event
(attendees will have the opportunity of suggesting questions
in advance as well as on the day). We'll also have a

as networking time (and some speed networking!) and breakout
sessions with our sponsors.

Please
note we do charge a small fee of £20 to attend the event
but as well as the opportunity to meet other recruiters and
learn from James Caan and our other speakers you will get
afternoon tea.
NORAs
Award Networking Event
This is held once a year (normally November) and is run in
conjunction with 1job. There are still networking
opportunities, however, a large element of the evening is
around the presentation of the National
Online Recruitment Awards. Anyone within the recruitment
industry is welcome to attend. If you wish to get
