What’s coming up in the next 12 months?
The iCIMS Talent Platform is well-known for its ease of use and this will remain as such as they continue to build out innovative tools. Some of these tools include social media vacancy distribution, search optimised vacancy postings, induction power tools, and much more. iCIMS is constantly striving to improve the way recruiters do business, so expect to continue to see more tools down the pipeline.
