I’ve used live webcast products since 2013, and in particular the Crowdcast product since 2017, I’ve run over 400 Crowdcast events, from 25 minute interviews up to full day multi-stream conferences.

I offer support for other event organisers, across Europe, with their events. In fact there is a dedicated website where you can check out all the services! However, a few highlights of my most popular works are here.

My Crowdcast Concierge Service can include any or all of the following:

Event design

Scoping out your event needs; understanding your project needs and ideal outcomes and helping you design a Crowdcast event or series of events.

Event creation

Working with your event branding and messaging to create the Crowdcast events where attendees will register.

Technical set up

We support all Crowdcast “in-browser” events; helping you ensure you have the correct technical setup to be able to deliver a high quality event to attendees.

Hosting

Where necessary providing an onscreen host to welcome attendees, emcee sessions and/or interview a keynote presenter.

Pre-event promotion

Helping you determine your marketing and content strategy around event promotion to gain your widest relevant audience.

Support services

Running rehearsals with your event host and speakers.

Troubleshooting and contingency planning

Helping you prepare for any eventuality that the online event space can throw at you.

Build a Live Broadcast Strategy package

This work is entirely based around your needs but typically forms two parts

a) Helping you build a Live Broadcast Strategy
b) “hand holding” through the broadcast of the first six (of many), shows.

The highlights are:

Helping you and your team learn all things Live broadcast.
- The right equipment – recommendations for webcam, microphone, headphones and lighting
- The broadcast platform (specifically Crowdcast unless you decide otherwise) – setting up an account, creating events, tailoring the registration so you can build a database of attendees, tech checking guests, moderating and going live.
- Creating the best guest list
  - Determining who you want to interview or chat with during your events
  - Helping to target individuals
  - Creating a process for reaching out to them
  - Building a framework for their involvement; collecting bio/photos, building questions, ensuring they market the event, etc
- Understanding the broader marketing opportunities
  - Creating graphics
  - Using video intro/outro “stings”.
  - LinkedIn Live
  - Turning the broadcasts into blog posts, snippets, podcasts
  - Using Youtube
  - Engagement with influencers

Broadcasting
- Co-hosting or being “back stage” for the first six events
- Actively involved in the preparation of the guests
- Tech checks and debriefs where necessary.
- Moderation of Chat and Q&A

Additionally, using my own network to elevate your events; via the newsletter, LinkedIn, Facebook and also the live broadcasting into my LinkedIn where you feel appropriate.

I charge for my consultancy time by the day/hour (see above) but I do have a bundle price for this of £2600+VAT.
