A new study from Selzig Consulting aims identify which recruitment agency services are most valuable to hiring managers.
Alex Moyle, director of Selzig Conulting says “For many employers and candidates, using a recruitment consultancy is seen as a necessary evil which is not particularly useful starting point for understanding the value of agencies. That’s why we are launching what we believe to be the first piece of research looking at what aspects of a recruitment agency’s work is most valuable to their clients and how that has changed over time.”
