Stephen O’Donnell has been actively involved in the professional recruitment sector since 1987, owning and running recruitment agencies since 1993. His current expertise is in online recruitment, where, in 2000, he established the UK’s first comprehensive online portal to every recruitment resource, including recruitment agencies, employers, consultants, job-board and publications – www.alljobsUK.com. He devised and runs the National Online Recruitment Awards (NORAs) since 2001. He is now MD of PC Evaluate Ltd, delivering low cost, mobile-friendly, personality profiling to employers for use in recruitment, training, and HR planning. Stephen is active on Twitter.
At the event Stephen is interested in talking with recruiters about technology they are currently using, technology they avoid like the plague, and technology they want to get into. He doesn’t want to push recruiters onto any specific products, but to get them to widen their horizons to technology solutions which can work for them.
