You may think that just posting a photo of the goodies I collected from the Recruitment Agency Expo which ran at Olympia yesterday is a complete cop out from writing a full review. However, I think the range of promotional items on display at the event says it all. Being able to attend an event with lots of industry sponsors who can afford to hand out merchandise can only mean one thing; the recruitment industry is on it’s way back up!
My particular favourites on the day were the orange juice from JuiceTDP and popcorn from Reed which I enjoyed during Bill Boorman’s presentation. I always appreciated the shoe shine from Thistle Insurance and love the stationery (I’m a post-it addict) from IQX. Most innovative would be the touch-screen gloves from evolve and the sunflower in a box from NowWeComply. Most useful will be the bottle opener from Gary at Global Recruiter, the golf tees (for the husband) from Zeel and the water bottle from CV-Library (100% doesn’t leak!).
I would love some feedback from recruiters who attended on what they thought of the range of exhibitors and the presentations scheduled over the two days.
