So, Yahoo have said all their staff have to work from the office. Google have the same policy. O2 made some of their staff to work from home during the Olympics. Loads of companies encourage it. But what’s the right answer? An article on the BBC website seeks to explore the teleworking “myths”.
My take?
Hard working staff work hard at home. Lazy staff are lazy in an office. Some people like to be around lots of people. Some people don’t. If, as a manager, you can’t tell the difference then you are f*cked anyway.

I completely agree with this. Curo work from home and we all remain motivated and get results, if your staff cannot function working from home then they just aren’t functioning.
