We are lucky enough to have Kevin Green, Chief Executive at The REC, hosting our morning keynote session at the Recruitment Conference next month. He will be talking about The Changing Face of Recruitment; something he knows plenty about. Last year he gave a great keynote and shared some really fascinating data the REC had collated through their excellent research unit.
Kevin, a Fellow of the CIPD, was previously the Royal Mail’s Letters HR Director before his appointment as the Chief Executive at Recruitment & Employment Confederation. The REC represents 80% of the market by value and has 3600 corporate members and 6000 individuals who are members of their Institute of Recruitment Professionals. Kevin’s role involves the strategic and day to day leadership of the organisation with a staff of 75. During the last four years the Rec has won over 11 industry awards including Trade Association of the Year and Trade Association leader of the year in 2012.
