At the end of May we ran our first technology showcase event. The format was 2 speakers, 10 technology presentations and as much networking time as we could squeeze into an afternoon. In order to showcase the number of products that we had each presentation had to be done in 5 minutes. This meant that they were lovely and succinct.
The feedback was very very positive with 96% of respondents saying they enjoyed the event (this actually made me a bit sad as we’ve had 100% positive feedback to our Directors Only events!).
Some of the comments we got were:
- A very well attended event. Good idea about the speed introductions and would suggest a longer period of that next time.

- Really interesting and great to hear about what is going on without being forced into an hour's sales pitch.
It seems likely that we’ll run a similar event later this year.
However, if you want to come to one of our events before the summer hols you can either attend the evening networking on the 23rd June, or if you are a Director of a recruitment firm why not come along to our next Directors Only Networking on the 14th July.
