Apparently we are talking about "REC updates". So, shall report back on that. However, I want to get more from my meeting… so if you've got any questions you want me to put to Kevin please leave them in a comment here.
Louise, could you ask when the REC are going to take a stand on recruitment agencies who send out candidates CVs without asking the candidates permission first. When we have communicated with them about it they do not seem to have a concern about it. We feel it should be in the REC Code of Conduct.

Will the REC ever have real influence over the supply side without compulsory membership, licencing and compliance requirements for all Recruitment Agencies?

What are his feelings on the IOR and their comments that they are going to ‘blow REC and APSCo’ out of the water? Are they in fact quaking in their boots as the institute has implied and are these updates a result of that?
