Firefish Software are holding the first ever “predictive recruitment” event, the Future of Recruitment on June 1st in Glasgow. Excuse the pun but I predict that it’s going to be a great conference. Kicking off proceedings will be Greg Savage, one of the industry’s most influential figures who flies in from Australia with a full morning masterclass on ‘the Golden Era of Recruitment’. Greg has built an incredible reputation as a leading recruiter for many decades and now travels the globe speaking and training other recruiters as well as running a hugely successful blog – the Savage Truth-and social media following.
In the afternoon, Johnny Campbell will be the keynote speaker looking at where social media is going in the future. We all know by now that social isn’t just a fad, but what next? As CEO of Social Talent, Johnny and his team turn recruiters into sourcing ninjas so attendees will be whipped into a frenzy with his tips and insight.
Firefish CEO Wendy McDougall will also be speaking at the event looking at the power of the data at recruiters’ finger tips and the predictions that can be made to keep you ahead of the game. The shift from sales to marketing and the changing of those roles in recruitment will also be explored.
