Basically you click on the graphic (or go to the this link) and put in your email, location, select HR & Recruitment and add any other details you want. Then, with the magic that is the enormous Jobg8 network you’ll get daily alerts of jobs in the recruitment space.
Even if you aren’t actively looking it’s nice to see what’s out there, which competitors are hiring and what skills they are looking for!
