Yesterday we kicked off a new series of live chat shows. Each week I’m joined by someone within the recruitment industry and will be grilling them about how their offering works for recruiters as well getting their insights and take on the recruitment market. In this show I was joined by Nick Woodward, founder and Chairman, of ETZ Technologies.
ETZ have been focused on creating back office software since 2000 and process millions of timesheets and payments a year. On the show we talked about their special package for start ups, how the “uberfication” of the recruitment industry can only be a good thing as well as their long term goal to move to free model with a strong CRM/ATS functionality – which would put them head to head with market leaders like Bullhorn, Bond and Fishfish.
