Yesterday saw the third in our new series of live chat shows. Each week I’m joined by someone within the recruitment industry and will be grilling them about how their offering works for recruiters as well getting their insights and take on the recruitment market. In this show I was joined by Warren Bresler of Recruitment-Assessment. Warren is a specialist in helping companies improve their recruitment or training by creating relevant testing process.
Warren is the UK reseller for eSkill which enables recruiters to assess candidates’ skills before an extensive interview process. With the product recruiters can create bespoke, job-based tests by combining multiple subjects and skill levels, making sure the tests are relevant to the vacancy.
