Recruitment Start Up; the first 10 things you must do (video)

We have a brand new series of live chat shows where Louise talks with a range of experts about how to set up your own recruitment business.  In the first episode she was joined by Denise Walker and Matt Gallivan sharing their top tips

Denise started her recruitment career with REED back in the 80s then set up a boutique recruitment consultancy in the early 90s.  She grew it from scratch to 24 staff, with an annual turnover of c£4 million before selling in 2003.  These days she offers tailored and bespoke training with consultancy, coaching and mentoring to recruitment business owners.   Matt’s career within the recruitment industry started in 2013 when he became Sales Director of Innovantage and then of Volcanic.  After those two highly successful roles he established his own, already thriving, recruitment agency back in 2018.
