Purple Productions (part of the Objective Media Group) are developing what sounds like an exciting new reality series in the sun 🌞 and are looking to speak to brilliant recruitment experts to take part in a non-broadcast taster, and potentially a chance to be one of the on screen experts if the series if it’s green-lit.
The format will give 10 people from a variety of backgrounds the chance to win a job, and a new life, at a leading estate agents in Ibiza.
The process will involve various challenges where the candidates will be observed by a team, one of which will be from the world of recruitment, they’ll also act as the eyes and ears of the owners of estate agents and feed into who eventually wins. Week on week this team will offer feedback to help each candidate build on their potential and grow.
