Considering the National Online Recruitment Awards (NORA’s) took place nearly over three weeks ago I realise I’m rather late with this post. However, I want to give credit to the winners and event organisers so here is my roundup!
This was the fourteenth year of the NORA’s, which were established in 2001 to acknowledge and reward excellence in online recruitment practice.
Winners of the 2014 NORA’s were revealed at a lively evening event on 12th November . This year saw a new award added to the stable; the NORA’s Academy Award. The award is voted for by former finalists and winners from the previous 14 years. The award reflects, for the first time, how recruitment websites regard each other from their unique perspectives. The winner of this award was the highly deserving CV-Library.
This was only the second NORA’s evening I’ve missed since the event began so I was very disappointed not to be there to celebrate with all the winners. If, like me, you missed it you can check the photos and montage video. Here are all the winners:
