For the past 13 years I’ve had the pleasure of being involved in the National Online Recruitment Awards; being on the judging panel for 12 of those.
Stephen O’Donnell has just announced the finalists (from 730 nominations) for this year’s awards and whilst I see some old favourites in there it’s nice to have a good mix of new entrants this year. He’s also added a new category of the “Wooden NORA Award”. That should give me a good excuse for serious eye-rolling at terribleness of some of the sites!
