I wanted to make a quick mention of the Softworld HR & Payroll Solutions event taking place in at the London Novotel West, in Hammersmith, London, on 21st and 22nd February.
I just found out the event has been running for 17 years. That’s a fairly impressive achievement. It takes place twice a year and at the autumn show 2006 was attended by over 2500 people. This will be HR Directors/Managers, Personnel Directors/Managers, Payroll Managers, Finance Directors, IT Directors/Managers, Project Managers, etc.
At next week’s event there will be seven free seminars and 12 free masterclasses available to attendees. Looking at the site there are over 30 exhibitors (there is a funky table listing the exhibitors and allowing
you to register for their seminars/masterclasses on the site.
It’s a generalist HR event (specialising in HR & Payroll Software) but there are a number of exhibitors who would probably be of interest to pure recruitment professionals.
Finally, if you pre-register for the show you will also receive a free “Softworld buyer’s guide” which apparently contains product information, market overviews, white papers and case studies.
