They recently conducted a survey that served as an assessment on the factors leading to the career choices of Oxbridge students who are looking for graduate jobs in the UK.
The most important factors were:
Work/Life Balance (74%of respondents)
Ethical Business Practices at (72%)
ariety of Work (72%)
Location (64%)
Surprisingly for high achievers, early responsibility, rapid advancement and an entrepreneurial environment all rated very low on the list of priorities.
