Following on in my round-up of the brilliant blogs who were winners in the Recruitment Blog of the Year Awards 2013 we have The HR Juggler who are The Corporate Recruitment HR Blog winners.
Alison Chisnell is a Group HR Director who writes a well established blog with a loyal following. Before anyone comments that she’s not totally recruitment focussed for this category we slightly expanded the criteria as locating corporate recruiter bloggers was rather tricky! In the run up to Christmas Alison curated a series of Advent Blogs on her site. This type of thing is a great way to to reduce you’re your own workload and introduce a variety of subjects and themes to your blog. Since Christmas Alison has only blogged a couple of times so here’s hoping she’ll get back to it!
Alison feels passionately about mental health in the workplace and her series of blogs on the subject are worth checking out. A couple of other more general blog posts I like are A Social Holiday and A Little Less Conversation.
