Over the next couple of month there is real range of events for recruitment and HR professionals, in an effort to help you decide where to spend your time here is a summary of what’s coming up.

Wednesday 2nd April, 1.30pm to 4.30pm, London

Wednesday 23rd April, 10am to 4pm, London
The issues around referral recruitment has never been if it delivers the right type of candidate, as employers have relied on referrals for as long as they have been hiring.  The key issue right now seems to be how can employers scale it into a viable attraction channel. #rcnvs Harnessing the Power of Employee Referrals looks at these issues.

Wednesday 30th April, 10.30am to 5.30pm, London
The Executive Research Association hold their ERA Annual Conference and Presentation of The Researcher of the Year Award 2014 at the end of April.  With a good lineup of industry speakers, panel session and networking time.

Thursday 1st May, 10am to 4pm, London
This is the third event Reconverse have run on video interviewing and it comes at a time when in-house recruitment teams have woken up to the possibilities that video interviewing platforms can offer.  The event is #rcnvs Video Interviewing That Works.  On a weekly basis, more and more case studies appear evangelising the benefits these platforms, proving this trend towards video interviewing is a legitimate movement and not a fad.

This is one of our own UK Recruiter Directors Only Event.  These event are perfect for any recruitment business owner or Director who wants to ensure they have all the elements in place to take their business to the next level.
