Enhance Media’s annual Online Recruitment Conference is one of my favourite events in the recruitment calendar. They are now in the 13th year and this years event; The Year Ahead 2015 takes place in London on January 29, 2015.
It’s aimed at employers but large recruitment businesses and job boards/industry suppliers also attend. The aim of the conference is to help organisations compete more effectively in the online recruitment market.
They’ve got some big names presenting this year including Google, Linked-In and Twitter. Attendees at the conference will also hear from Worldpay, Indeed – now the world’s largest job board – alongside case studies from Pepsi, the NHS and The Guardian. The programme also includes a series of MasterClasses delivered by industry experts to update recruiters on emerging trends, research and insight, and the latest tools and techniques to improve online recruitment.
