I’ve been talking with the guys at SignalHire who have a new start up project which is really interesting. Their recruitment platform helps you engage with “passive talent” as well as help you to retain your existing employees. These are some of the features of the product:

• Understand who are likely to switch current jobs, find the right talents faster;
• Know your employees at risk to improve retention in your company;
• Keep an eye on similar companies hiring metrics;
• They also provide customers with the ATS module which allows you to manage sourced talents within the hiring process
