At our June technology showcase event we partnered with The Headshot Guy (who was actually a “girl”) to give every attendee access to a free profile photo they could use on LinkedIn, Twitter etc. Once attendees had taken part in the morning keynote and exhibitor overviews they kept the photo booth (an understatement considering how much equipment they had) busy all day. I think they covered about 40 delegates and took nearly 2000 photos; giving delegates them a wide selection of images to choose from.
I got a new profile picture out of the experience and feedback was great – very much hoping they’ll be back on 13th October for our final Technology and Social Media Showcase of the year.
