To end I’ll paraphrase from our show wrap up… video is evolving in a lot of different ways, going beyond video interviewing – which is still massively important and valuable for recruiters and hiring managers, but we also need to look at video job postings, video introductions, employment videos and experiment and get creative and see if we can drive qualified candidates to our roles!
