They act as an inspiration to fellow members of The FIRM, setting the standard for in-house recruiters and provide an opportunity for members to recognise the achievements of their peers in a prestigious and inspiring environment. The judges are all Senior Talent Acquisition professionals with track records of success within the recruitment industry so well positioned to assess the very best in Talent Acquisition.
