Amongst the many recruitment challenges hiring companies face is finding the right agency to work with. New start up Recruitmyjob.com sees itself as the solution to this problem.
Finding an agency with specialist skills in a niche can be tricky if you don’t have relationships already in place and there are currently few options out there to easily get a list of agencies (agency central is actually the only one I can think of – they’ve been around as long as me!). https://www.agencycentral.co.uk/
The model behind Recruitmyjob is very simple; agencies register on the site listing their skills (they are then vetted somehow) and company’s who are hiring are connected with relevant recruiters.
A company posts the job they wish to fill and Recruitmyjob connect them to 3 vetted specialist agencies within 3 days. The other thing; companies chose what fee they are prepared to pay for the assignment. Agencies select what fees they are prepared to work to.
Once the introduction is made both parties deal direct with each other.
To use the site agencies pay £360 a month (currently they have the biggest discount I’ve seen for some time – bringing that down to 360 for the full year!) and then a fee each time they are connected with a client/company. The full t&c are on the website but basically it’s £99 to pick up one job with recruitment fee of £7999 or less and £198 to pick up a job with recruitment fee of £8000 or more
