Relaunching #RecHangout
You may remember watching the #RecHangout with me, Louis Welcomme, Alan Whitford and Mark Stephens a fair few years ago. I wanted to let you know that we are relaunching as an invite only Microsoft Team’s community. The #RecHangout in Microsoft Teams is a virtual private members club for recruitment leaders interested in learning and sharing their experiences of digital transformation and change management – in particular the adoption of technology, the management of people, the use of data and the ability to achieve operational and strategic agility across their businesses. The #RecHangout will host small online discussion groups, driven by members, to share practical and deliverable ideas for utilising people, processes and data to gain efficiencies and continuously improve the way we delight our clients and candidates.
Our regular #RecHangout calls will be hosted at times that suit members, have no audience, operate under chatham house rules, will contain no more than 10 people on each call, and the subject of discussion will be decided by the attendees. The format will be relaxed and friendly, with no interviews or lectures. Membership will be by invitation only and be free. If you want more information ping me a note.
