Since the launch of the Real Links Community, a collaboration between Real Links & #ChatTalent, the HR and Talent community has banded together to support each other and keep the world recruiting.
Real Links have repurposed their referral platform to enable all talent and HR professionals to post talent, in-house recruitment and HR jobs, apply for jobs if now looking for work and/or refer others in their network now looking, and the membership is growing by the day. You can join here.
As of Monday, 20 April, over 200 people have joined the free community and between them they have made 48 referrals to their networks and 73 applications.
Jobs for talent, in-house recruitment and HR professionals are free to post, with members then also free to apply and refer the jobs on.
As the Real Links Community grows, so does the charitable spirit as collaborators Real Links and #ChatTalent will be donating £500 to #TrussellTrust, the national foodbank charity, and Bill Boorman’s work with #RoughSleepers, a charity set up to help homeless people during the COVID-19 pandemic. This donation will be the first of a number set in the milestone objectives of the joint initiative.
