Today is International Women’s Day. So for the month of March, each Monday, we’re highlighting one woman who epitomises the message of this year; “How will you help forge a gender equal world? Celebrate women’s achievement. Raise awareness against bias. Take action for equality.”
First up was Katrina Collier, chosen for many things but specifically here the immense work she has done to get diversity (not just gender) on stage, and in the workplace. Today we are highlighting Andrea Kirby
Andrea Kirby has been working in HR and talent acquisition for over 20 years across industries including legal, financial services, consultancy, risk management and retail. She has worked in UK and Australia. With a huge passion for TA and building community, she is now the founder and director of Talent Table, a collaborative community of interest across talent acquisition, HR and People Analytics in the APAC region. Talent Table has a community platform, presents large conferences and small events and learning labs for the community.
The next Talent Table event is HERoes, building sustainable partnerships for business outcomes. The majority of the speakers identify as female and they are using evidence based case studies and academic research to amplify the voices of our female leaders in TA & HR.
