The first comes from Bullhorn whose four key findings were related to leveraging technology, digital transformation, developing new clients and a tight labour market. Their report is based on a survey of more than 2,000 recruitment industry professionals across industries and across the globe. You can download their report on their website.
The second comes from Wave whose report focuses on the UK and is pulled together from their own multi-poster and analytics tool, WaveTrackR. It looks at recruitment in the context of war in Europe, soaring energy prices, record inflation, a cost of living crisis, political upheaval (with no less than three UK prime ministers before the year was out), and mass strikes. Their report can be downloaded here.
