Well… here we are. The final UK Recruiter newsletter of the year.
If this year has felt like it flew by and dragged on at the same time, you’re not alone. It’s been a year of shifting markets, evolving candidate expectations, and no shortage of “well, that’s new” moments for anyone working in recruitment.

Before we sign off for the year, we’ve rounded up a few final insights, trends, and talking points worth carrying into 2026.
Thank you for being part of our community. We’ll be back in the new year with fresh ideas, sharper takes, and (hopefully) fewer buzzwords.
Until then, take a breath, log off when you can, and enjoy the break.
