A Note from the Editor
The results are in from last week’s survey. Among almost 100 recruitment agency professionals, AI’s impact is far from decisive. While 63% report at least some improvement, a substantial 31% say it hasn’t really improved their process – suggesting
that although AI adoption is widespread, meaningful transformation isn’t yet universal across agencies.
This might be because many agencies are adopting AI in small, surface-level ways without fully integrating it into their core processes, meaning it improves tasks but hasn’t yet transformed overall outcomes.
