After the continued success of these events last year we are running four Recruitment Directors events in 2014. They are on 27th February, 8th May, 3rd July and 2nd October at the RBS offices in central London.
The main feedback from last year was that the peer to peer learning element worked well as did the networking and group learning slot. So, we’re going to keep all those. This means the key learning elements of the events will be recruitment directors sharing their own experiences with either other. These could be around expansion and growth, diversification, recruitment practices, marketing, social media, etc.
