Becoming a Sunday Times 100 Best Recruitment Company to Work For – notes from the #RecHangout

Earlier today we had a #rechangout on which we were joined by a number of inspiring recruitment leaders  discussing what it takes to get onto the ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ list. As is our format Alan Whitford asked the questions and Louis Welcomme (and later Mark Stephens) joined in with their own thoughts and questions. Our guests were

>Alice Carter, Head of International Recruitment at Phaidon International
> Kieran Behan, MD, at Phaidon International
Tina de Munnik, Sales Director at Spencer Ogden
Edward Ogden, Director at Spencer Ogden
James Parker, MD at La Fosse Associates
Adrian Treacy, Chief Operating Officer at Arrows Group
James Calder, Chief Executive at Macildowie

Normally I do a summary of the show.  However, for this one Louis at Colleague Software is going to produce a white paper on the subject – and I’ll link to that when it’s published.  However, in the meantime I strongly suggest you watch the show for some inspiration and tips on how to take your own recruitment business to the next level.

Our next show is on 26th March with Johnny Campbell, Chief Sourcing Ninja at Social Talent talking about 10 free tools that will make you a smarter, more effective recruiter (you can sign up here)
