The Apprentice Season 10: off to a rocky start

So that I don’t have to actually watch it myself (and also because she is funnier than me) I’ve persuaded Billie Graham to watch season 10 of The Apprentice and write lovely blog summaries of the “best” bits for us.  She apparently made other plans last night and so will be watching episode 1 on catchup!  I’ll be sharing her review later this week.

However, in the meantime I thought I’d check out what else was written about last night’s opening episode.   My three favourites are:

‘Self-aggrandising nicompoops’ return > via The Independent

It’s the end of the line for Lord Sugar > via The Guardian

Moral turpitude, short skirts & sliced lemons > Digital Spy

I think Digital Spy quite enjoyed it but it’s pretty clear what the others think!

I also spotted this (courtesy of @MervynDinnen): Ruthless narcissists churned out by The Apprentice aren’t fit for the real business world with which I have to agree wholeheartedly (obviously I’m excluding any ex ccontestants operating in the recruitment industry; Ricky Martin, Lee McQueen or Neil Clough)
