On 1st March I’ll be attending the Changeboard annual Future Talent Conference. They are expecting over 700 senior HR professionals and do truly have an outstanding line up of speakers. The theme of the event is new insights and perspectives into the developments that are shaping talent today and well into the future.
All the speakers look great so I’m hard pushed to pick out any I really want to see The lineup includes:
• Martine Wright, 7/7 Survivor & Paralympic Athlete – Turning floor cleaners into future Paralympians
• Ruby Wax, Writer, Performer & Mental Health Campaigner – Sane New World
• Helmut Schuster, Executive Vice President & Group Human Resources Director, BP – Talent and technology: the HR revolution
• Alain de Botton, Philosopher – A good kind of capitalism
• Dr Alan Watkins, Founder and CEO of Complete Coherence – The four dimensions you need to create true competitive advantage
• Lord Chris Holmes MBE, Lord Holmes of Richmond & Great Britain’s Most Successful Paralympic Swimmer – Smash the silos: real inclusion counts
• Amy Sawbridge, Head of People Strategy, Virgin Group – Extending your brand internally
• Sir Clive Woodward, England’s 2003 Rugby World Cup Winning Head Coach – The DNA of a champion
• Peter Cheese, CEO of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development – The end of business has usual: HR has to change
It looks like a great day for learning, networking and considering the future (and here and now!) of talent and HR.
If you want to see what last year looked like they have a nice little montage video. If you’re attending please say hello to me and check out the twitter stream.
