Last Monday was International Women’s Day. So for the month of March, each Monday, we’re highlighting one woman who epitomises the message of this year; “How will you help forge a gender equal world? Celebrate women’s achievement. Raise awareness against bias. Take action for equality.”
First up was Katrina Collier, and last week was Andrea Kirby.
Today we are highlighting Jackye Clayton. Jackye has worked in Talent Acquisition and HR Technology for over 15 years most recently focused on the importance of diverse and inclusive workspaces and representation for underserved populations.
She is a trainer, writer, and speaker as well as the co-host for the Inclusive AF Podcast. In her current role as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategist at SeekOut she helps both SMB and International organizations discover where to focus their diversity recruiting efforts. A strong proponent of data-driven strategies, her methods enable organizations to create and implement pragmatic and attainable diversity goals.
She is excited to bring that expertise to the public with her Data-Driven Diversity Certification program that will launch in Spring 2021.
