This month saw International Women’s Day. So during March, each Monday, we’re highlighting one woman who epitomises the message of this year; “How will you help forge a gender equal world? Celebrate women’s achievement. Raise awareness against bias. Take action for equality.”

Today we are highlighting Vanessa Raath. Vanessa has over 15 years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry and I love her LinkedIn profile of “I am determined to bring the ‘Human Element’ back into today’s Recruitment Process as I believe it has been lacking for too long now! I believe that people are the core building blocks of every business but that doesn’t mean that we can treat every ‘block’ the same.”
