As I mentioned in a previous post the Enhance Media “year ahead” conference takes place on 29th January. That’s just a couple of weeks away and so I’ve been taking a look at the agenda to see what I most want to catch.
The content includes:
LinkedIn and Twitter’s vision of 2015
The Psychology of Candidate Attraction
Indeed talking about Disrupting the Market in 2015
Giles Guest of Enhance Media sharing Market Data and Analytics
“Changing the behaviour of 1000 line managers” from the NHS
I’ve not heard anyone from Twitter present before so that should be interesting (especially as the presenter, Aoife Desmond, is ex Facebook too), I’ll also be keen to catch the presentation from Indeed (wondering if Bill Richards plans to present doing the Superman-esque look from his LinkedIn profile pic!) and Giles’s stats.
Additionally, like last year they have added workshops sitting alongside the main agenda which cover:
Effective Online Recruitment Copywriting
An Interactive Workshop with Google
How to Get Better Results from the Same Budget
Diversity in Online Recruitment Attraction
Referral Programme Case Study
ATS Technology in 2015
The Impact of Ratings and Reviews on Candidates in 2015
Last year I attended the Google session and whilst I do fancying catching @chris_brown_uk speaking this year I’ll try some of the others including the Referral case study and Glassdoor’s ratings and reviews session.
I will be tweeting from the event using @louisetriance (& the hashtag #EMConf2015) and I will be writing a review of the conference for here after.
If you are attending the event as well please feel free to comment on which areas are of most interest to you. If you’ve not yet signed up you can still buy tickets and if you use the code UKREC15 when you sign up you’ll get 15% off ticket prices.
