I was Jim’s first overseas guinea pig so the sound quality isn’t fabulous. Jim and I hope to schedule a regular podcast chat to talk about recruitment differences/similarities in the US and UK. We’ve already worked out how to improve the sound quality. I just need to learn how to get that fabulous low radio voice that Jim does so well.

It was nice to get a mention on your podcast, well just as the “the guy who sells recruitment software” still I do understand it is shame no other UK recruiters have got involved, they have just no idea what they would gain.
Still I would like to mention when I started my Blog I was a recruiter, but because of my blog I was offered a job at Arithon.
