Our most recent networking was in Glasgow on 10th July. Due to my damp holiday in Cornwall I couldn’t make it. However, despite/because of my absence there was a good turnout on numbers. The venue was fabulous (if only we could find somewhere similar in London!). Steven O’Donnell of 1Job gave a rounded view of how recruitment agencies can better utilise their websites to attract talent online. He talked about how to do better with SEO and, naturally, suggested you might want to consider a traffic aggregator such as 1Job (as the job boards are already doing)! The RANjobs presentation was slightly more controversial and certainly received a lot of questions which Jane and Tamlin were happy to answer.
The networking went on until about 9pm, after which I hear Broadbean took a number of the clients off to make the most of Glasgow’s nightlife. You can view photos here
