Hi there, just saw your blog and was confused about your terminology in reference to “we” in your post. Is this your blog or multiple people or is it a corporate blog?

It’s my (business) blog. The first “we” refers to the UK Recruiter organisation (which I run). The second “we” refers to UK Recruiter and Voyager and the third one …. should have said I.
