What’s new about the product?

As the fight for talent becomes fiercer, traditional means of candidate sourcing become less effective. Whether you have a complex global business or are an SME, your employer brand is unique to you and therefore your core differentiator. We enable companies to easily market their employer brand by integrating adverts and company profiles with emerging social and rich media technologies. We work with direct employers, in-house recruiters, corporate recruiters, RPO companies, recruitment marketing agencies, independent resourcing specialists, HR companies and any other business that directly represents the end employer brand. We enable employers and job seekers to engage on an emotional level by helping them to tell their own unique stories.

What’s coming up in the next 12 months?

In the next 12 months we will be launching a sister site in the US followed by sites in France, Germany and Spain. All of these will be linked into one centralized admin area for each employer, making global talent sourcing much more efficient.
