The criteria for nomination are:i) the blogger has to be an active recruiter (ie, has worked on a recruitment campaign within the last 6 weeks).
ii) the blogger has to have posted something on their blog in the past month.
ii) The blog has been around for at least six months.

All recruitment blogs and bloggers are welcome; inhouse, agency, one man bands, bloggers writing for their organisation, bloggers just writing for the sake of their sanity….

As well as a lovely trophy for the winner of Recruitment Blog of the Year 2012 the winner of Best Personal Recruitment Blog of the Year 2012 will get a Flipcam; so they can add video to their blog! In additional both winners and any “highly commended” blogs will have two guest blogs published by Jobsite (and with 5 million visits to the site in last month that’s going be great PR for them!).
