Having nearly 20 years experience of running psychometric assessments for recruitment campaigns (clients have included Barcardi Martini, Shell, Tate Gallery, Crystal Palace FC, O2, and BP) I’ve now been persuaded by the lovely Alastair Cartwright at Ingenium People to run a half day workshop on the subject!
It’ll be for recruitment and HR professionals who do not have an existing qualification or background in psychometric tests but wish to learning more about how they can be implemented within their own organisation.

Ps, having looked at lots of stock photos for “training” it appears I need to dress entirely in red and instruct all attendees to dress in blue!
