Today the REC have launched a new information resource for the recruitment industry that will provide advice, guidance, hints and tips on how you can grow your recruitment business called the RecTecHub. It will be an impartial support mechanism for recruitment businesses in the technology space. As part of the launch, the REC has partnered with UK Recruiter & The JobPost to deliver a special session at our upcoming event debating and offering some solutions on the challenges recruiters can face when utilising and implementing technology. The very knowledgable Lisa Jones will be hosting the session as one of the RecTecHub’s Independent Consultants.
Our event takes place on Thursday 26th September in central London. It’s a full day event with conference in the morning and demo sessions, workshops and the debate session in the afternoon. It’s free to attend; simply register via http://techrecseptember26.eventbrite.co.uk (morning) and http://techrecseptember26groupsessions.eventbrite.co.uk (afternoon).
Information will be available at the event on the value that this new online resource will have in the marketplace, as well as how it will help to support REC members and the wider industry in choosing the right technology solutions for your business. The resource will also include a consultative approach to working with recruitment businesses, which will include the ability to borrow the guidance of the impartial consultants, so that bespoke advice and guidance can be given when an organisation is planning on a technological transformation in their business.
