Colleague Software have put together a a series of masterclasses to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. I’m all for sponsored bike rides and London Marathon fund raisers (as long as I don’t have to do them myself), however, I think this is a great way to raise money whilst also offering something really useful to recruiters.
Colleague have teamed up with some great recruitment trainers (slightly worried that’s not a cool word anymore!) to offer five hour long online masterclass sessions for only a £97 donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. One access pass allows either one user, or a whole office watching on larger screen, access to all five masterclasses over five days. Each one is broadcast with a different theme and expert each morning from 8:30am and will last about an hour.
18th May – 8:30am BST: Andy Headworth, Sirona Consulting – ’10 ways to use LinkedIn more effectively for recruitment’
19th May – 8:30am BST: Roy Ripper – Sales Technique
20th May – 8:30am BST: Johnny Campbell, Social Talent – ‘How to achieve an 85% passive candidate response rate’
21st May – 8:30am BST: Katharine Robinson, Sourcing Hat – ‘Search Engines for Recruiters’
22nd May – 8:30am BST: Lisa Jones, Barclay Jones – ‘#RecruitClever with Twitter – Real ROI for Recruiters’
All money raised will go to the charity. Great organisation by Louis Welcomme at Colleague and generous time giving by Andy, Roy, Johnny, Katharine and Lisa.
