Matt has over 13 years experience in recruitment and selection for a variety of businesses and industries in the UK, Australia, India, China and the USA. Whilst currently leading the Talent team at Lyst, he has also led teams at Bloomberg, ThoughtWorks, Getco, Criteo and Facebook. He was recently named as one of LinkedIn UK’s Power Profiles.

He’s going to be ending the conference for us by chatting (over drinks) about agencies vs direct sourcing and some learning’s from the start up world on how to Hire the Best. I suspect he’ll also be happy to talk about his TV and twitter celebrity experiences!
